Agreement of Usage

1. Introduction

Welcome to Nannmo ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing and using Nannmo ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Notice. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Nannmo is operated by Nannmo for Property Technology Holding, a company registered in Egypt, Commercial Register no. 248850 with its registered office at Building A3, Office No. 117, Kazan Mall, Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, 6th of October.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes may be made for security, legal compliance, or service improvements. Your continued use of Nannmo after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration

To access and use Nannmo, you must create an account. Your account details (username and password) are personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

If you allow an employee, subcontractor, or agent to use your login details, you are responsible for their actions on our platform.

3. Eligibility

To use Nannmo, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into investment agreements.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date registration details, including:
• Full name, email address, and phone number.
• A valid national ID or passport for verification.

Additional requirements:

• Investors may need to provide proof of funds and identity verification.
• Property sellers must submit legal documents related to property ownership.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any account registration at our sole discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

By using Nannmo, you acknowledge that:

• Investments carry risks, including market fluctuations and potential losses.
• We are not responsible for investment outcomes or third-party actions.
• We do not guarantee the profitability of any investment.

To the extent permitted by law, Nannmo, its affiliates, employees, and agents are not liable for:

• Errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies on the platform.
• Financial losses arising from investment decisions.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This limitation does not affect liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other legal responsibility that cannot be excluded.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Nannmo for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating Egyptian or international laws.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Uploading offensive or inappropriate content.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload the platform.
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission.
• Copying or reproducing Nannmo content without authorization.

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.

6. Fees and Charges

By using Nannmo, you acknowledge and accept the following fees:

1. Investment fees – Charged at the time of investment.
2. Transaction fees – Applicable when buying or selling investment shares.
3. Management fees – Charged for property maintenance and rental services.
4. Penalty fees – Applied for early withdrawals or late payments.
5. Currency conversion fees – Applicable for foreign currency transactions.
6. Taxes – Investors are responsible for any applicable government-imposed taxes.

We may revise fees at any time, and continued use of Nannmo signifies acceptance of updated charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Nannmo, including text, images, software, and trademarks, is our intellectual property and protected by law.

Users may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify platform content.
• Use Nannmo trademarks without permission.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.

By submitting content (e.g., property listings), you grant Nannmo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Nannmo for:

• Violating Agreement of Usage.
• Engaging in fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
• Legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Upon termination:

• Your account and investment records may be permanently deleted.
• You may not re-register without Nannmo’s explicit permission.

Nannmo is not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or termination.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

By using Nannmo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will:

• Keep your data secure and confidential.
• Not share your data without your consent, except as required by law.
